🥊 TRAINING SESSIONS INFORMATION 💥
We have been allocated training times on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings in the Activity Hall of the Stevenson building and Thursday afternoons in Studio 2, as follows:

⏰ TRAINING TIMES
➤ Monday (committee-led beginner sparring and general fitness) 2-3:30pm
➤Tuesday evenings (Coach Martin): 8-8:45pm // 9-9:45pm
➤Wednesday (committee-led beginner sparring and general fitness) 4-5pm
➤ Thursday afternoons (Coach Tommy): 4:30-5:15pm // 5:15-6pm
➤ Thursday evenings (Coach Tommy): 8-8:45pm // 9-9:45pm
➤ Friday evenings (coach Spencer): 7-7:45pm // 8-8:45 pm
➤ Saturday (intermediate sparring at Everyday Athlete Gym - please speak to coaches before attending these sessions!) 1-3pm

➤ We also hold a Sunday fitness session in Studio 1 from 10:30am-1pm. These sessions are more yoga/mobility/fitness-focused, but exact details of these sessions will be confirmed the week prior.

💰 MEMBERSHIP PRICE
Current fees stand at:
➤ £65 for the year
➤ £45 per semester
This guarantees 1 coached session (on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays) + any and all extra sessions we run like Sunday fitness, club sparring, workouts at our affiliated partner Every Day Athlete.

Starting at 7pm at Bag o’ Nails, we will make our way to the GUU to dance in our degree-wear 💃🕺

So, we were asked to make an intro post for the coaches…

Big thank you to Roan for so graciously handling the coaches demonstrations (even though they all looked like they enjoyed it way too much )

Please sign up for the taster sessions (link on our story and in our bio) so I can at least have the defence of effective marketing when the coaches see this.

We’re ready to see old faces and new! Come and try out Muay Thai 🐯 I promise we’re a friendly bunch 🫶

All you need to bring is yourself, some comfy workout clothes and your session sign up. And perhaps a waterbottle? Thirsty work and all 😎

Make sure to use the link (which can conveniently be found in our Link-Tree in our bio) to sign up for sessions. You will also require a UofG Sport Membership to enter the Stevenson Building (the link for this can also handily be found in our Link-Tree).
