Following our junior section funday event last weekend we have a number very kindly donated ice creams that we didn’t manage to use. We have a couple of freezers full of them so are offering at super low prices to anyone who would like them. 🤗

And just like that another season comes to an end 💙💛

It’s been an amazing season for our juniors. Across the board we have seen growth in numbers, ability and general team spirit and it has been an absolute pleasure once again.

The effort put in by the kids, coaches and parents is second to none, and make our club a special place to be 💙💛

Well done to today’s MOM’s Zach and Dex from the U8’s after their game with Tewkesbury.

Big Levi from the U9’s having a stormer of a game also against Tewkesbury.

And a huge well done to Jackson for a stand out performance in a convincing win against Longlevens in the U12’s

We now look forward to May 10th where we will be doing the kids presentations and will be sharing more details this week regards timings etc.

Only 2 teams out for games this week with the U8’s attending the GRFU festival at Cheltenham and what a festival they had. Winning 4 of 5 games and if we’re honest they should have had a clean sweep. Excellent work guys and the whole team scooped the MOTM award as we couldn’t pick between them….💙💛

The 11’s made the short trip to Longlevens and had a cracking game in the sunshine with Ollie taking MOTM for his efforts. It has to be said how much they are improving with each week that goes by and today they showed that by not backing out of anything, keeping their heads up throughout, great character and togetherness. Well done boys your all ace..💙💛

I can’t believe that was the penultimate week in the season but all good things come to an end I guess. Well done everyone and here’s to the last week and going out with a bang 💥 💙💛

As the statement says we’re having a rebuild 💪🏻

It’s been a tough old season for the senior team and whilst we’re not at the end of it yet it is time to start looking to put plans in place for next year.

So, to start with we are looking for a new head coach to come and take over the reigns of the senior squad. Not just to carry on as before but to reshape and rebuild in preparation to go again🔨

We’re looking for someone who has a clear focus on how a grass roots rugby club should train, play and bond together as a team and to draw the best from existing players and encourage new players to join 🫡

At this stage of the clubs history we have a relatively blank canvas that the right person can pick up and really put their stamp on. An encouraging and exciting position to be in 🏉
