At County Borough FC, our coaches aren’t just parents who stepped in. They sacrificed their own family time so other families’ children could play football. They gave evenings, weekends, and countless hours to keep teams running.

Minimum Weekly Commitment

Session planning: 2–3 hours
Training delivery: 2 hours
Team admin: 2–3 hours
Club meetings & contact: 2–3 hours

Baseline: 8–11 hours every week — all voluntary.

And That’s Before Matches
Add a friendly, cup game or tournament and the hours rise fast:

Travel & setup: +1–2 hours
Match management: +1–2 hours
Tournament days: +4–8 hours
Post‑match admin: +1 hour

A single week can easily reach 12–20 hours of voluntary work.
