This is open to anyone over the age of 16 and currently consists of a mixture of local Dads, and lads who come together playing football as a reason to get out of the house and meet up with new people.

The group already consists of a good variety of people, and YOU would fit right in!

We play every Thursday at 8pm.

I believe the biggest stigma right now with mental health is that a lot of men are afraid to talk about it. Lets break that stigma and come along to the group.

Hi my name is Scott and I am 51 Years Old. I suffer myself with mental health issues. I have tried various methods to help myself, but I have found during this time that the best way to cope is to speak to other guys that are in a similar situation who are dealing with it in their own way. This allows us to support each other and give advice on coping strategies. Also speaking to other guys about how I am feeling and how it affects me is a huge relief as I am unable to talk to close family as it feels like I am 'NOT A MAN' as we are supposed to hide our feelings and 'stiff upper lip' as the saying goes 🙂. The Groups goal is to break the stigma and allow guys to come along and feel comfortable and safe enough to share their thoughts and feelings. As a group we can also look into doing fundraising so we can expand the group and also allow us to be able to maybe do activates which will improve our mental health and bond as a team.

Instead, keep an eye out for our mini bosses – aka Brodie & Cleo – who will be running the show (and definitely trying to sell you all the things you didn’t know you needed until now!) 😂

👧 Rumour has it, Cleo may even bring back her famous “Cleo Clips” for one last event... if I can get her to sit still long enough to make them! 💇‍♀️✨

You’ll likely spot me doing laps of the field, chasing after them both and prying them off the bouncy castle for the hundredth time 🤦‍♀️ So if I’m mid-sprint – just wave!

Morning all , iam helping to do a charity event on the 27th July Dads & Lads Football event for the neo natal unit grimsby.
Iam looking for donations please of teddy's bear or stuffed animals 🙏, these will be used on the teddy tombola , the children will win a teddy everytime for a £1 ticket.
All funds will raised from my 3 stalls to the cause , iam also running a toy stall and craft stall so children may make wooden items and slime , costing £1- £2 .
