🏉💙 UNDER 9s & 10s | AWAY DAY AT MOSBOROUGH 💙🏉

What a fantastic effort from our Under 9s & 10s today! 👏

The team took on five games in total, including three tough matches against some formidable Doncaster sides. Our players worked incredibly hard in defence, gaining plenty of valuable tackling experience, while also showing great determination to break through and score some brilliant tries of their own! 💪

The day finished on a real high with a strong performance against Mosborough. Despite tired legs, the team continued to dig deep, with some fantastic performances all round. Noah was outstanding in the final game, making some impressive tackles and scoring a few tries, while Bryn deserves a special mention for her relentless work rate and what was likely the most tackles of the day! 🔥

⭐ PLAYER OF THE WEEK – WILLIAM! ⭐

Will was brilliant today, making some fantastic breaks, scoring a number of tries and putting his body on the line with some big tackles. A thoroughly deserved recognition for his effort and commitment! 💙👏

A huge well done to every player who gave it their all right to the final whistle. Days like today are all about teamwork, resilience, learning and enjoying our rugby, and you should all be proud of your efforts! 🏉

A big thank you to for being such accommodating hosts and helping make it a great day of rugby for everyone! 🙌

💙🤍 UP THE GRIMSBY! 🤍💙

🏆 GRIMSBY RUGBY CLUB FUNDRAISER – WHAT A DAY! 🏉

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at North Cotes Butts for our fundraising day! We had a fantastic morning on the simulated clay stations, with some brilliant shooting on display.

🎯 A special well done to our two young shooters:
🥈 Eli (Under 16s) came 2nd with an impressive 25/30!
🥇 Freddie (Under 12s) took 1st place with an amazing 27/30!

After a well-earned break for some food, we headed onto the ranges for the r***e experience. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed trying out the different r***es, making it a fantastic afternoon full of new experiences, learning and plenty of excitement.

❤️ Volunteers Needed – Sunday Kitchen Support 🍳

Calling all Grimsby RUFC parents! 🏉

Our Sunday mornings rely on volunteers to help provide breakfast, refreshments and match meals for the players — and we’d love to get more parents involved on the rota.

Could you spare just one Sunday morning a month? Or perhaps you can help more often?

The breakfast shift runs from 9:00–11:30, with additional support needed afterwards on home match days to help with match meals, usually finishing around 1:00pm.

You don’t need to be a master chef! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 We just need willing hands, a bit of teamwork and a friendly face. Every extra volunteer makes the rota easier for everyone.

If you can spare a Sunday, please get in touch and get involved. ❤️

Let’s work together to support our players, our club and our rugby family! 🏉🔴⚫

Can you give one Sunday a month? 🙌
