Did you know your calf takes up to 8 X your body weight every step when you’re running? 🤯

Over the course of a run this load will take its toll so strengthening your calves is one of the most important areas to work on.

Find a step, add some weights if you need to, and start adding calf raises into your routine!

THEY DID IT! 🏔️

Huge congratulations to Josefin and Gemma from our Clinic and Shop team for completing the 7 Valleys Ultra in the Lake District last weekend!

They both completed this ultra marathon covering over 110km and claiming over 4000m… INSANE! 😱

We are incorrectly proud of them both 👏

Well done to everyone else that ran any of the 13 Valleys events last weekend - what an achievement!
