Some days I do Pilates because I love it.
Some days I do it because I know I need it.
At 55, my daily movement practice is not about perfection or six packs, it’s about staying strong enough to live the life I want to live.
To walk further.
Travel.
Lift things with ease.
Play.
Explore.
Keep having adventures.
You only really understand how good your body can feel when you’ve experienced both sides of it.
You know what you know.
Without Pilates, I honestly don’t think I would still be enjoying all the wonderful adventures I can today.
That’s why I keep showing up, even on the days I can’t be bothered.
A little movement every day really does add up ❤️
