Our Introduction Pass has been designed to help you settle in, build confidence and discover what Pilates can do for your body.

For just £82 you'll receive:

✅ A private 1:1 session with one of our experienced teachers
✅ Three classes of your choice

We know starting something new can feel daunting, which is why we begin with a personalised session. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss any aches, pains or concerns, and learn the foundations before joining classes.

At the weekend I went for a walk with friends and we came across these stepping stones.

I have to admit, I doubted myself for a moment.
The water was cold, I definitely didn’t want to fall in, and as we get older that carefree feeling of jumping from stone to stone without thinking somehow changes a little 😅

But I put my big girl pants on and thought, “I’ve got this.”

And I’m very pleased to report I made it all the way across without falling in 🤩

Moments like this really remind me why I keep showing up for my Pilates practice.

Balance.
Core strength.
Agility.
Confidence in my body.

They’re not just things we do in class, they support us in real life and all the adventures, fun, and little spontaneous moments along the way.

And honestly… it felt like pure childhood play again ❤️

Some days I do Pilates because I love it.
Some days I do it because I know I need it.

At 55, my daily movement practice is not about perfection or six packs, it’s about staying strong enough to live the life I want to live.

To walk further.
Travel.
Lift things with ease.
Play.
Explore.
Keep having adventures.

You only really understand how good your body can feel when you’ve experienced both sides of it.

You know what you know.

Without Pilates, I honestly don’t think I would still be enjoying all the wonderful adventures I can today.
That’s why I keep showing up, even on the days I can’t be bothered.
