The next chapter begins for The MACC Academy U13s as they head to Taunton to compete at the prestigious King’s College Taunton Festival.

🏏 BULLFROGS ARE HEADING TO LORD’S! 🐸🏟️

A huge congratulations to James Barraclough and Sras Pahwa, who are heading to the Home of Cricket after helping the MCC Foundation York U15 Hub reach the national final!

The York hub booked their place at Lord’s with victories over Norwich in the quarter-final and North Newcastle in the semi-final, and will now take on West Kent on Saturday 5th September.

🔥 Sras Pahwa played a starring role in the quarter-final, smashing 52 from just 27 balls as York posted 197 from their 20 overs before bowling Norwich out for 89.

🎯 James Barraclough then made his mark in the semi-final, taking three early wickets as North Newcastle were dismissed for 120, securing York's place at Lord’s!

For James, it’s also a return to familiar territory. He is the only one of the five Harrogate district players in the squad young enough to have been part of last year's national-title-winning U16 side. 🏆

An incredible achievement for both lads and another fantastic moment for everyone at Bilton Cricket Club.
