Barre and Body is a small studio. Class sizes are maximum 8 depending on which class it is, sometimes class capacity is smaller. This allows us to give each and everyone of you our hands on corrections and detailed attention you need.

My fave here has to be the stomach massage inspo, I love finding ways we can bring reformer to the mat.
Let me know if you try this because it is not easy, just like its not easy on the reformer!
Not sure what our BarreBody HIIT Class looks like?
It has elements of our classic BarreBody class, we just add 2 sections of higher intensity moves into an EMOM style. It is still low impact, however we grab the heavier weights (lighter if you'd like). Think more full range movements which is more likely to lift your heart rate more.
BarreBody HIIT is a great class, we still use small Isometric movements to target our thighs, glutes and core but we also add full range and heavier weights to hit our cardiovascular system.
