Hartlepool Rugby Club, more commonly referred to as the 'Old Boys', was established in 1893 and has been based at Mayfield Park, Easington Road since 1970. We currently run three senior rugby teams that are established and competitive within league & cup competitions. Our Mini & Junior section offers children from the ages of 4 to 17 the opportunity to play rugby in a safe, fun and positive environment. This page is a wonderful way for us to connect with you our members and the local community who are the heart of the club. We remain committed to working closely with you in order to further our on and off the field ambitions. Please note that members and supporters of all ages are able to view your comments and any inappropriate posts will be removed.

Today, we're proud to launch Hartlepool Rugby Club's new Mission, Vision & Values 🚀

Developed over 12–18 months with input from our members and stakeholders, they set out who we are, what we stand for and the club we aspire to become.

From our ambition to be the leading community rugby club in the North to the values that guide how we play, behave and support one another, this is about more than rugby.

It's about the people, the community and the memories we create together.

Our Mission, Vision & Values will be underpinned by a strategic plan, turning our shared ambitions into practical actions and ensuring we put them into practice across the club.

Swipe through, or click the link below, to find out more about what they mean for the future of Hartlepool Rugby Club.

A big milestone for 17-year-old Michael Naisbett, who made his 1XV debut against Barnard Castle on Saturday.

He has settled into senior rugby brilliantly this season and is another example of the young talent coming through our Academy and making the step up.

Well done, Michael! 👏

It was a pleasure to welcome Durham County Rugby Football Union President Chris Ker to Mayfield Park yesterday for our game against Barnard Castle, as he continues his tour of Durham clubs.

Chris was joined by fellow county officials, and we hope you all enjoyed the visit and the hospitality.

We’d like to wish Chris all the best for the remainder of the season and his term as President.
