Some shots from the weekend of the Hawks on our Saturday quarter final game against Leeds - Leeds Locos Baseball Club - We want to give our huge appreciation to Leeds for making the 416 mile round trip (The entire M1!) who were nothing but fantastic people and had the pleasure of playing against them at Basing Hill. ❤️

Hawks win! Hawks advance to the Semi Finals after beating Leeds at Basing Hill. The hot bats of the Hawks kept firing and Wardy throwing a complete game, always giving us a chance. Lee Dunn with a cruise missile of a HR the standout play. Big appreciation to Leeds on making the long journey. Up next….

Saturday 5th September - Basing Hill Ballpark. 12:00 first pitch.

Round Up - The regular season finale has come to a close. Some aren’t done however..

- Toucans come up short in their final game of the season series against the Pirates. The Pirates took up a strong first inning which caused the Toucans to come up short in the first game 2-7. The second game saw a far closer affair with Masa back on the hill, striking out 7, however it wasn’t enough as Croydon come up winners 5-7.
- Hawks swept in their final games of the season away to Richmond. Home Runs from Giuseppe Basilea and Harry Mcmenamin the standout characters on the day, crushing the ball over the walls. The Herts offense combined for 33 runs in the series, with their final prep, winning 16-1 and 17-1. Hawks now look to go one step further…
- Eagles finished up their season against the Bracknell Pyros who came to town. The two games saw close affairs with solid hits from both sides. Neil Chilton and Michael Chacko clubbing the ball but was not enough to win 11-7. Second game saw the bats however went silent, which Bracknell took the game 14-6.
