A fresh approach to Saturdays ๐๐ป
Weโve been working on a fresh, modern approach to player development, and this season, our Saturday Soccer School is evolving into JP Pro Foundations.
This is more than a new name.
JP Pro Foundations will bring a clearer structure to our Saturday coaching, with sessions built around game-based learning, more touches of the ball and more opportunities for every player to make decisions, solve problems and develop.
Alongside their football, weโll continue to help players build the confidence, resilience, teamwork and character that can support them both on and off the pitch.
JP Pro Foundations will be built around three key stages:
๐ถ Footy Tots | Nursery โ Pre-School
๐ฆ Primary Foundations | Reception โ Year 2
๐ง Junior Foundations | Year 3 โ Year 5
Together, these programmes form the starting point of the JP Pro Player Pathway โ a clearer journey through JP Pro that weโll be showcasing over the coming weeks.
So, why are we changing?
Because we believe every child deserves the best possible opportunity to develop โ as a player and as a person.
No two player journeys will ever look exactly the same. Some will play for fun. Some will want to progress further. Some may dream of academy or elite football.
Their pathways may be different. Our standards shouldnโt be.

JP Pro has been at the heart of the Hemel Hempstead community for over 12 years.
