Just a reminder that from September 2026 at Mapledean Family Hub the Messy Play and Explore sessions will be moving back to a Monday.
The Friday session will remain the same. The last Tuesday Session will be on Tuesday 25th August 2026.
The first Monday session will be on Monday 7th September 9.45 to 11.15am

Join us every Tuesday mornings for FREE Messy Play and Explore Session at 9:30am-11:30am.

Best Start in Life recently shared the link to the government guidance on screen time for under 5s. The main message is to limit screen time wherever possible.
- For children under 2, avoid screens except for shared moments like family video calls.
- For ages 2–5, try to keep screen time to 1 hour a day or less.

Please not: Tuesday 25th August will be last Messy Play session and we will re-start the sessions on Tuesday 29th September 2026 at 9:30am-11:00am.

There are still spaces on our Balanceability course. This course can teach young children to ride bikes without stabilisers focusing on balance, control and gross motor skills. Help improve confidence, spatial awareness and core stability. The course is free and run by the Family Hub service in Wycombe.
