I think it was a unanimous vote amongst the members that the core set with a core Tabata finisher was just the worst today 😂😂💪

But well done to all the guys and girls for pushing through 🎉

We are loving Monday mornings, great team, great session, great form and technique ….. it doesn’t get better than that team - well done 👏

The session that had everything, members, friends, children, babies and dogs 🥰 and a lovely breakfast afterwards - why would you want to workout in a gym where the air con doesn’t hit right, everyone has ear phones in and no one interacts with anyone!!
