JULY SHRED RESULTS ARE IN:

31 days. No magic. No shortcuts. Just consistency. 💪🔥

On 1st July I set myself a challenge: complete a full July Shred.

✅ 10,000+ steps every day
✅ Eat clean and nutritious food
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ No alcohol for the entire month

The aim wasn’t to chase a number on the scales. It was to build better habits and prove what consistency can achieve.

Here are my results after 31 days:

📉 Weight: 84.0kg ➡️ 79.5kg (-4.5kg)
📉 Body Fat: 21.4% ➡️ 19.2% (-2.2%)
📉 Visceral Fat: 8.8 ➡️ 7.5
💧 Body Water: 56.8% ➡️ 58.3%
🎯 Body Age: 47 ➡️ 46

But the biggest changes aren’t on the scales…

⚡ More energy
😴 Better sleep
🧠 Better focus and productivity
💪 Feeling stronger and leaner
🙌 A reminder that discipline beats motivation every time.

A massive well done to some of my Bootcamp Ipswich members who joined me on the challenge too. The results have been incredible, with members losing 3lb, 6lb and 7lb over the month while building healthier habits they can continue long after July.

This wasn’t about being perfect. It was about showing up every single day.

Who’s up for the next challenge? 👊

It doesn’t really matter if you’re one of my members, an ex member, friend of a member, family of a member or just another runner - you are always welcome as part of our community and invited to get in our photos 🫶
That’s what I love about these running events - sharing is caring 🥰

Well done to everyone who ran the Ipswich Twilight 10k tonight and thankyou to all the supporters

Come and share 🫶
If you ran any of these events with me, or if you’ve done any of these races, I’d love for you to come share your stories! If you have any questions about the events, the courses, or the medals, just send me a message—I’d love to chat!

So many great memories in a lot of these medals and they’re all tied in with the people that you run with, the people that you meet along the way and the friends that you make.

I’ve got a few favourites out of the 74 medals – Let me know what your favourite one is and Ive got some great stories about some of these too……. 🥰

As this year comes to a close, I can’t help but feel grateful. It’s been a year full of movement, momentum, and memories. Miles upon miles of running—early mornings, tired legs, finish-line smiles—and yes, plenty of medals that tell stories of grit, growth, and showing up even when it was hard.

But more than the runs, this year was about people. Meeting incredible humans along the way, sharing laughs, long conversations, race-day nerves, and post-run celebrations. Good times with good friends who made every mile lighter and every moment better.

And then there was one special person who came into my life at just the right time, making the end of the year feel extra meaningful. A reminder that sometimes the best things don’t come from chasing—they come from showing up and letting life surprise you,

Here’s to a year of strong legs, full hearts, unforgettable connections, and lessons learned along the way. Ready for whatever the next chapter brings.
