One of the biggest things perimenopause taught me wasn’t how to manage my symptoms.

For a while, I questioned everything.
Was I really tired?
Was I just being lazy?
Should I push through?
Why couldn’t I cope like I used to?
The more I ignored what my body was trying to tell me, the less I trusted it.
But self-trust isn’t something you suddenly wake up with.
It’s something you rebuild.
One small step at a time.
One pattern noticed.
One need listened to.
One boundary set.

Most of us were taught how to avoid pregnancy.

We weren’t taught what cervical mucus means, why our temperature changes throughout the month, or how to recognise the signs our bodies are giving us every single day.
