Welcome to Hygeia Pilates and Wellness Studio. Located at Glendon Lodge Farm in Kettering. I am extremely proud of the space I have created.

I have always wanted this space to be an experience for each person that walks through the door. I want you to use it as your escapism, your switch off from the outside world and to dedicate this time for you.

I knew you lot took your mat place VERY seriously, but this made me laugh when Jo came in this evening with her very own reserved sign 😂

Thank you all for making me laugh every single day, I’m very lucky ❤️

Ps. Newbies, take ANY mat 🤪

Feeling all the emotions ahead of teaching my final classes this morning before I head off for two weeks to be a WIFE!
I am so grateful and overwhelmed with all the love from the studio. We have been on countdown together and your excitement for me has been so lovely to see.
So thank you for being by my side during this huge milestone!
You have fantastic instructors covering whilst I am away and I am very excited to fill you all in on every detail when I come back as a WIFE!
I adore you all, Amber x
