Our Learn to Lift class is designed to teach you the foundations of effective strength training. You’ll learn how to set up correctly, brace properly, and perform key compound lifts with control and confidence.
This isn’t just about copying exercises—it’s about understanding how your body should move and why.
With a maximum of just 3 people per session, you’ll receive detailed coaching and individual attention, creating a semi-private coaching experience that helps you build strong foundations for long-term progress.

How to squat properly — in 90 seconds 👇
The squat is one of the most powerful movements you can train.
It builds strength head to toe, bulletproofs your knees and hips, and carries over into pretty much everything you do day-to-day.
But most people get the setup wrong before they've even started moving.
Here's the checklist I run every client through:
🔹 Bar position — on the upper traps, never the neck
🔹 Stance — feet shoulder-width, toes slightly out, knees tracking over toes
🔹 Breath — big inhale at the top, hold through the rep, exhale as you drive up
🔹 Brace — shoulder blades squeezed, core braced like you're about to take a punch
🔹 Descent — knees and hips bend together, chest up, lower under control
🔹 Ankle issues? A small heel wedge gives you more range and loads the quads earlier
Nail these and the weight on the bar takes care of itself.
