🥶 MONDAY VIBES, BABY! IT’S COLD OUTSIDE! ❄️😂

When the heating bill says NO but the 6am & 7am Club says GO! 💪🔥
Hood up. Face covered. Motivation questionable.

WE DON’T HIBERNATE. WE GO.

Welcome to winter at PTA STRONG!

🚨 THINGS YOU ONLY SEE AT PTA STRONG! 😂💪

When she says, “Don’t worry, I’ve got your back!”…

And 30 seconds later, you’re face down on the floor questioning every life decision you’ve ever made. 🤣

She’s looking to the heavens for strength 🙏

He’s looking for the nearest exit. 🚪😂

Teamwork makes the dream work… apparently!

Just another perfectly normal day at PTA STRONG! 🧡🖤

NO MIRRORS. NO EGOS. ABSOLUTE CHAOS.

It’s not always about aesthetics, although those changes often show up too.

Sometimes it’s about doing the thing you told yourself you couldn’t do.

I love seeing these ladies smile, surprise themselves and get stronger every week ❤️

🔥 A YEAR APART… LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE! 🔥

I got sent this last night from one of our PTA ladies ❤️

10 months of showing up, putting the work in and staying consistent.

Not a crash diet.
Not starving herself.
Not living in the gym.

Just getting into a routine and sticking with it. 👊

And with the kids now BACK TO SCHOOL, maybe it’s time to put a little focus back on YOU.
