Two different sites. Two very different projects. Same standards.

We’ve currently got teams working across both MKM Stadium and a school project in Bridlington, and although the projects are completely different, one thing stays the same — how we set up and manage our sites.

Good health & safety isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about creating a safe, organised environment for our teams, other contractors and everyone using the site.

From secure site setups and clear signage to keeping work areas clean, controlled and properly managed, the standards shouldn’t change depending on where we’re working.

Kamil has more skills than we’ve had hot dinners, and whatever the job, he brings an outstanding attitude and excellent workmanship every time 👏

When he’s not smashing it at work, Kamil is our resident ChatGPT expert 🤖 Regularly creating photos that have the whole team in stitches in the group chat. Swipe to see one of his finest creations… 🤣

The whole team love working with Kamil, and we’re lucky to have him on board. Here’s to plenty more great work (and questionable AI creations) in the future! ✨

𝗧𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗮 🔥

Terry is our multi-skilled silver fox and a hugely valued member of the team. Often referred to as the “George Clooney of construction”, he has a knack for making everything look good… while looking good doing it too 😎

But it’s not just his skills that make Tez such an important part of the team. He’s always happy to share his knowledge, support those around him, and help others grow and improve every day 💪

We love having Terry on the team and look forward to continuing to learn from the Fix fountain of knowledge ⛲✨

Matt is our amazing tiler/unoffical therapist 😀 His work is always unbelievable on site and so is his attitude. His positivity is infectious and his selfless personality means he’ll always do whatever it takes to help the team out, both inside and outside of work.

Matt is such an asset to the company and we can’t wait to see his skill set continue to expand as we grow 📈

Jeremy is our amazing Contract Manager. He takes the lead on our front end; managing contracts, coordinating teams, and keeping every project running smoothly from start to completion while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Jeremy loves spending time with his family, trips in his motor home and giving back to the next generation 🫶

He’s been a fantastic addition to our team and we can’t wait to see where he takes Fix in the future 🚀

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of hosting 3 brilliant work experience students this past week, and they completely knocked it out of the park.

​From day one, they brought fantastic attitudes, tons of curiosity, and an incredible work ethic. They jumped straight in, working alongside our amazing team who loved sharing their expertise and guiding the next generation of talent, Jeremy even through in some vehicle checks.

Yesterday was a bit of a milestone for us at Fix Developments. 👏

For the first time since we started the business, we sat down for a management meeting and it genuinely felt like there wasn't a storm happening outside. 🌤️

Instead of putting out fires, we were talking about the future, planning what's next, and looking at how we keep moving the business forward. It was a great feeling, and one we've all worked incredibly hard to get to.

A massive thank you to our amazing front end team. 💙 The effort you all put in day in, day out is what gives us the platform to grow.

A special shout out to our brilliant Contracts Manager Jeremy Stevens and our Business Manager Alexander Chambers. You both do an incredible job helping steer the ship in the direction we've set, and I honestly couldn't ask for better people alongside me. 🚢

It's easy to get caught up chasing the next goal, but sometimes it's important to stop and appreciate how far you've come. I'm really proud of what we're building together, and even more excited about what's still to come. 🚀
