Butttt… we’re back OPEN from Saturday and bookings are already live 👀💪🏼

I’ve genuinely been LOVING seeing so many of you enjoying the space already 🥹🖤 All the videos, tags and little clips of your workouts have made me so happy — keep them coming!!

Last weekend was almost completely FULL, so if you want your favourite slot this weekend, I’d get it booked sooner rather than later 🔥

Book through TeamUp → Rentals 📲

Can’t wait to be back and see you all in there this weekend 🤍

Two new additions to JC’s Mini Gym! 🥳🏋🏼‍♀️

Our Pendulum Squat & Donkey Calf Raise are officially in and ready to be put to work 🔥

And we’re not finished yet… 👀 We’ve got another TWO new pieces of equipment sitting in the hall waiting to be installed, so the Mini Gym is getting another little upgrade very soon! 🤩

We’re constantly adding to the space and making sure you’ve got everything you need for a proper training session — all while keeping it private, child-friendly & completely your own for your booked slot 🫶🏼

☀️ HOLIDAY REMINDER ☀️
We’re away next week, so the Mini Gym will be CLOSED Monday 28th September – Friday 2nd October.

We’ll be BACK OPEN for the weekend and ready to go 💪🏼

Can’t wait for you all to try the new kit… and see what’s coming next 👀❤️

POV: you’re just trying to get your workout in… but your tiny bestie wants to be involved too 🥹😂🤎

Little moments like this are exactly why JC’s Mini Gym exists.

A private, child-friendly space where your little one can be right there with you while you train — toys, snacks, cuddles, interruptions and all 🫶🏼

Because becoming a mum shouldn’t mean giving up the things that make you feel like you.

They get to watch their parent get strong… and we think that’s pretty special 🥹💪🏼🤎

Private 1-hour slots are £10 and available to book through TeamUp under Rentals ✨

Client videos we love to see 💚

Your own private gym, your own music, everything exactly where you need it and an hour to just get your workout DONE 🙌🏼

We’ve tried to think of everything — from lifting grips & straps to cuffs for your kickbacks 🍑 all the attachments you need, plenty of equipment AND your own little space to train without worrying about anyone else.

Come alone, train with a friend or bring your little one along 🫶🏼

And the best part… we’re only a few days in and there’s still SO much more to come 👀

We’re only a couple of days in… and reviews like these already 🥹💚

Seeing people actually using JC’s Mini Gym and loving the idea behind it means SO much. Whether it’s bringing your little one, training with your partner, putting your own music on or simply having a space where you can work out without feeling self-conscious — this is exactly what we wanted Mini Gym to be. 🫶🏼

And the best bit? We’re literally just getting started. 👀

It’s only been open a couple of days, we’ve still got more equipment arriving, more little touches to add and plenty of ideas for the space. It’s only going to get better from here! 🥹

Thank you SO much to everyone who has booked, shared, recommended us or left a review already. Supporting a little local business like ours genuinely means the world. 💚
