Right been meaning to get round to this!
Meet Matt, again long time member of Muscle Machine, it was his birthday yesterday (not gunna say his age 😉) but this man is in incredible shape not even just for his age but in general, always turns up and puts the work in, cares about his health and body and bloods as much as anyone I’ve met, which should be everyone’s priority and as you can see from the pic everything he is doing and has done has paid off!
Matt absolutely incredible physique mate, get yourself on that stage! 🏆
