Unfortunately I am thinking about selling the gym, i have owned the gym for four years now but it needs an owner that can invest a little more time than I am able to spare due to other business commitments, the building has 3 years left of a 5 year lease with the option to extend, I love the gym but it needs someone that is good with social media ect to be able to bring in more customers, with my race teams and racing myself alongside my other businesses i just don't have the time anymore.
