Week 4 🥳🥳

1️⃣ On Monday we have STRENGTH ENDURANCE. Same format as last progression, but this time we’ll add targets to both - cardio and resistance exercises.

2️⃣ On Tuesday we have CARDIO HIIT. In this session the progression will be added work time in the sets. Get ready for the burn!

3️⃣ On Wednesday we have STRENGTH (Lower). This will be the first progression of LB Strength in this block!

4️⃣ On Thursday we have CARDIO SUMMIT. We’ll continue with same format as the last progression, although with increased targets!

5️⃣ On Friday we have PUMP (Upper). Loads of volume throughout this session! We’ll also see some new additional movements.

6️⃣ On Saturday we have our SECRET SESSION! Keep your eyes peeled for more info…

Congratulations to our May Member of the Month! 🔥👏

Raghu has had an outstanding month, showing incredible consistency and determination.

Raghu started with us few months ago, and one of his goals was to start doing cardio. Not only he has started attending cardio sessions regularly this month - but he also pushes himself in those sessions in particular.

Raghu has shown consistency and determination throughout this month - always striving to improve.

Keep it up, Raghu! We love having you as part of our community and can’t wait to see you continue levelling up.

Week 3 🥳🥳

1️⃣ On Monday we have STRENGTH (Mixed). We are back with the new format, where our compound lifts come first - this time with an additional set.

2️⃣ On Tuesday we have CARDIO SUMMIT. We’ll stick with the targets on each exercise - but this time in a partner-style format.

3️⃣ On Wednesday we have HYPER (Upper). High-volume session where we’ll see new, more complex movements!

4️⃣ On Thursday we have CARDIO U (HIIT). First progression of HIIT style Cardio U! We’ll see 10 sets per exercise, where each set will have a different HR target, going up to 90%!

5️⃣ On Friday we have BALANCED! In this block Balanced will have more complex format and movements - all to aid in technical development, stability and controlled strength.

6️⃣ On Saturday we have XTX! We’ll see the same format as the previous progression, this time with less rest time!

Week 2 🥳🥳

1️⃣ On Monday we have CARDIO SUMMIT. In this first progression we’ll see partnered-style session, where our aim is to complete the targets in 60 seconds.

2️⃣ On Tuesday we have PUMP (Lower Body). We’ll see the work time increase and we’ll put more focus on hinge pattern movements.

3️⃣ On Wednesday we have CARDIO U (Aerobic). We’ll follow same format as last week, however this time with less rest time in between the zones.

4️⃣ On Thursday we have STRENGTH (Upper). We’ll be back with YGIG style format for this session, with UB focus and loads of volume.

5️⃣ On Friday we have CARDIO HIIT. We’ll follow the same format, but work time will increase.

6️⃣ On Saturday we have STRENGTH ENDURANCE. SE is back with traditional format - superset of cardio and resistance exercises.

10/05/2026

Week 9🥳🥳

1️⃣ On Monday we have STRENGTH (Lower). Re-testing day! We’ll be finding out a true 5RM for the BB Back Squat. Alongside testing, we’ll have a regular session where we’ll focus on 4 exercises, including a KB Front Squat.

2️⃣ On Tuesday we have CARDIO SUMMIT. This last progression shifts to working individually over a longer time.

3️⃣ On Wednesday we have STRENGTH (Upper). Re-testing day 2! We’ll be finding out a true 5RM for the BB Bench Press. Alongside testing, we’ll have a regular session where we’ll focus on 4 exercises, including a DB Floor Press.

4️⃣ On Thursday we have CARDIO HIIT. Final progression of Cardio HIIT, where we’ll see the time based efforts shift to target driven performance.

5️⃣ On Friday we have BALANCED. Last progression, where we’ll see the Turkish Get Up in its final phase!

6️⃣ On Saturday we have POWER! We’ll be working with similar format as last progression, however with more volume by additional sets.
