Passion fruit Vodka Soda

Equal measures of Passion Fruit Liqueur and Vodka, topped up with Soda and ice. For a sweeter cocktail substitute the soda with Lemonade.

I got beetroot so decided to make beetroot hummus 😋
I then drizzled it over a chicken, rocket and red onion salad with a boiled egg for lunch and it was yummy! - Tina, Manager 😁

BBQ Lotto : Purple food -
My lucky choice was prunes and I made Devils on Horseback, which I have never heard of before.
Stuffed the prunes with cream cheese and then wrapped in bacon, although I used parma ham.
We didn't have a BBQ so I shallow fried them.
They were very tasty.
As you can see I didn't make many, in case we didn't like them 😊
I am however making more for dinner this evening.
