My everyday routine for labour prep, but make it dancer edition 🤰🏼🩰

Learning to trust my body in a completely new way. From years of training it, strengthening it, stretching it and pushing it to its limits… to now preparing it for something I’ve never done before.

FTM, 31 weeks & taking it one stretch, one breath, one day at a time. 🤍

Our community is something else 🥺✨ only 2 years of creating her and we are already building something so special 🧑‍🩰🤍
