Week 10 on HGH
On holiday for two weeks so decided to have a break from the growth hormone. Mainly because I don’t fancy having to worry about pinning it every morning while I’m on holiday.
Also can work as a mini experiment to see if I notice any difference or changes

If you’re constantly running on empty, everyone around you eventually pays the price.
As men, we often put ourselves last. We work, provide, parent, support everyone else… and slowly burn ourselves out.
The truth is, prioritising yourself isn’t selfish, it’s responsibility.
🏋️ Train your body.
🥩 Eat properly.
😴 Get enough sleep.
🧠 Protect your mental health.
You can’t be the husband your wife deserves, the father your kids need, or the man you’re capable of becoming if you’re exhausted, stressed and running on fumes.
Looking after yourself isn’t about escaping your responsibilities.
It’s about becoming strong enough to carry them.

Week 9 on my HGH journey and I feel like the growth hormone is really coming into its own during this mini-cut.
🚨 The 3 biggest mistakes people make on Mounjaro & Retatrutide 👇
These medications can be incredibly effective, but they’re not magic. If you want the best results and to protect your long-term health, avoid these common mistakes:
❌ Not eating enough protein
❌ Living on processed food and junk food
❌ Not lifting weights
Losing weight is one thing. Preserving muscle, maintaining your metabolism, and improving your body composition is another.
Use these tools to build healthier habits, not to replace them.

Think you’re just “getting older”?
It could be something else.
Here are **3 common signs of low testosterone** that many men ignore:
⚡ **1. Constantly low energy**
If you’re sleeping well but still feel exhausted every day, it’s worth investigating. Fatigue and reduced energy are common symptoms of testosterone deficiency, although many other health conditions can cause them too.
📈 **2. Stubborn belly fat**
Low testosterone is associated with increased visceral (abdominal) fat and metabolic health issues. While belly fat alone doesn’t mean your testosterone is low, it can be one piece of the bigger picture.
🌅 **3. No morning wood**
A noticeable reduction or absence of regular morning erections is one of the more specific symptoms doctors consider when assessing testosterone deficiency, especially when it’s accompanied by other symptoms.
One symptom on its own doesn’t mean you have low testosterone. But if several of these sound familiar, don’t guess—get the right blood work and speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

The HGH shortage seems to be over, if there ever was one to begin with. Panic over I guess
Replacement ≠ Enhancement.
This is one of the biggest misconceptions I see online.
People hear “testosterone” and automatically assume it’s the same as running a steroid cycle.
It isn’t.
TRT is designed to replace what’s missing in men with confirmed testosterone deficiency—bringing hormone levels back into a normal physiological range to help improve symptoms and quality of life. Enhancement, on the other hand, means using testosterone at doses intended to push levels beyond what’s needed for replacement, with the goal of improving performance or physique.
The medication may be the same, but the purpose, dose and target hormone levels are completely different.
The conversation around testosterone needs more nuance than simply calling everything “steroids.”
