With views of the surrounding area from the gym and the pool, our club provides unique space for a workout in London. Plus, with a brilliant range of group exercise classes, kids club and spacious Clubroom, your experience has recently been enhanced by the addition of a number of new facilities. With a Himalayan salt sauna, Eucalyptus steam room and a newly refreshed indoor pool all now available to use, your club is now better than ever.

Ready to jump for a good cause? ⭐

Through the David Lloyd Clubs Together Foundation, we’re helping children who face some of the greatest barriers to being active. Our Move Together and Swim Together programmes help more children get moving, build confidence and learn to swim.

This October, we’re raising vital funds with our Star Jumps Challenge and we’d love you to get involved.

The challenge is simple: complete 1,000 star jumps throughout October, either on your own, as a family or as a team. Seated, classic or extra explosive – every jump counts!

By taking part and fundraising, you’ll be helping us reach even more children through our programmes.

Speak to a member of the Reception team to sign up and start fundraising.

A little time for them, and a little time for you.

Join us every Tuesday in the Club Room for a relaxed 30-minute session where little ones aged 0–2 years can play, explore and giggle, while parents and carers enjoy a coffee, a chat and the chance to connect with others. ☕✨

No structured class. No pressure. Just play, conversation, coffee and connection — and the tea & coffee is on us! 💜

Parents, grandparents, nannies and carers are all welcome.

Classes run: Monday 17:45 • Wednesday 20:50 • Thursday 12:50 • Friday 10:15

These 15-minute sessions can be added on to an existing SPIRIT or SPIRIT Soundbath class, giving you the perfect opportunity to extend your experience and reset.
