A little healthy competition is good for you 👀

Who knew a warm-up could get this competitive? 😂

Our fun warm-up challenges are the perfect way to get everyone moving, laughing and breaking the ice, whether you’re brand new to aerial or you’ve been flying for years.

They’re great for kids and adults and a much more fun way to get your body switched on before you get in the air.

Think rock, paper, aerial ✋… and plenty more challenges to test your coordination, creativity and competitive streak.

Want to try them for yourself?

Comment CHALLENGE and we’ll send you 4 FREE warm-up challenges to try in your next session.

And if 4 isn’t enough, you can grab the full pack with 20 more challenges to keep the competition going!

You’re probably overpaying for aerial 🫠
If you’re flying with us once a week or more, you could be paying way more than you need to.

✈️ Flight Club is our cheapest way to get in the air regularly
✈️ Credits last 5 weeks, so miss a class? No panic, you can catch up later
✈️ Plus, you’ll get extra perks, savings and member benefits

Basically… if aerial is already part of your weekly routine, it makes sense to make your membership work harder for you.

Comment ‘MEMBERSHIP’ and we’ll send you all the info
