The wunda chair is not easy to use and it often proves quite unforgiving highlighting imbalances and weaknesses. However, it is more functional than other Pilates apparatus because many exercises are performed upright which more closely emulates everyday movements.

Swan Dive
I have been practicing this challenging exercise since I received my wunda chair. It’s particularly challenging for me as I have scoliosis but part of my journey is to strengthen my back extensors and rebalance my entire body.
