“Focus” isn’t an abstract thing. It’s them looking at you when you talk, finishing what they start, and losing a round without a meltdown.
That’s what a few months of Kids BJJ does.

What a lovely day at Stance Jiu Jitsu ☕🥋

Coffee, Jiu-Jitsu and a brilliant community coming together. Good training, good conversations and genuinely good people sharing the mats.

A huge thank you to Soak Coffee Roasters for keeping everyone powered by some of the best coffee in London.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is about so much more than training. It’s community, connection, friendship and creating a place where people feel welcome.
Much love ❤️

Unity - Grappling Challenge
Interclub Jiu Jitsu Challenge. Powered by Stance Jiu Jitsu - Grapple Zone - Third Space

Thinking about competing but not quite ready for the pressure of a full tournament?

Well, now’s your chance — without having to throw yourself straight into the deep end 😄
The Unity Grappling Challenge brings together students from Stance Jiu Jitsu, Grapple Zone and Third Space for a friendly day of competition, giving everyone a chance to test their Jiu Jitsu against new training partners in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Whether you’re a white belt looking for your first taste of competition, or a more experienced student who simply wants to get some extra matches in, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself without the pressure of a large tournament.

No huge crowds, no unnecessary pressure — just good Jiu Jitsu, fair matches and a chance to gain valuable competition experience.
