Pilates and Dancers

Joe Pilates grew his studio clientele by word-of-mouth.

He'd set up his studio, in New York, near performance spaces and rehearsal rooms.

Many dancers attended his studio.

It's the same today. Dancers appreciate how Pilates compliments their practice and helps with injury prevention and recovery.

Indeed, many dancers go on to train as Pilates teachers, like our very own studio manager, Pete!

You don't have to be a dancer to benefit from Pilates. Anyone, can take up Pilates and improve their fitness.
