Almost a week in of training at Yodyut Muaythai Gym. Along with the relentless pad rounds and sparring, there’s been true masterclasses in clinch, sweeps and fakes. Subtle, and when you understand the mechanics, actually very simple and achievable. However, it takes the guidance of true world class direction to get there.
