Saturday 21st March ~ Celebrate Equinox Kirtan
Cat and Alex are back at The Shala for an incredible live musical event welcoming the Spring Equinox.
NOT TO BE MISSED ~ booking link in bio ✨✨✨

Join and for an evening of mantra chanting to celebrate the arrival of Spring!

Kirtan is an accessible form of meditation by surrendering to sound and connecting inwards, feeling our own vibration.
This session is about coming together in community through our sound, where multiple voices become one:

Union - The Yoga of sound.

Under the strong energy of the new moon, we invite you to release and express what’s been suppressed, set intentions and let go of fear and resistance. Chanting together to find freedom and strength.

We will be chanting mantras in Sanskrit accompanied by an Indian harmonium, soprano saxophone and a djembe.
This is not a religious practice and no previous experience is necessary, everyone is welcome!
