Like said, if there's one major weakness across our whole gym, it's leg locks. So 2 days of leg entanglements from scratch plus K guard will go a long way. Thanks Tom for sharing a bit of your game with us!

Post-specifics Q&A circle. We're done with two weeks of specifics for X-guard! Tomorrow we'll be starting with the new cycle. As always the first two days are super important if you're still fairly clueless!

Europeans 2026 is over and done for us now. This year, we had our largest ever team heading out to Lisbon. 12 people across our 4 affiliations, of which 5 were black belts. It was always going to be difficult, and there was a lot we could have done better in our preparation in the lead-up to the competition.

We had incredible wins on the mats and off the mats, painful and frustrating losses, but as always we take the lessons with us and look ahead to the next one.

Proud of everyone who took the leap of faith. Grateful for all the support from the rest of the team.
