A massive milestone for any young player on the pathway to professional football. Moments like these don’t happen by chance—they’re built on self-belief, relentless work ethic, and a strong support system.

For me personally, this is a real full-circle moment. I first started coaching Malakai when he was an U11 at the very beginning of my coaching career. Reconnecting with him over the last year to support his development through 1-to-1 coaching, analysis, and mentoring has been an absolute privilege.

Seeing him secure this milestone is what it’s all about. A huge step toward the pro game, but the work doesn’t stop here. We’ll be pushing twice as hard to turn the dream into reality.

What a talent! Congratulations to Nyne on his successful trial at Crystal Palace FC! 👏🏽

Already a top player, Nyne came to us last year to work on specific components to take him from a good grassroots player to a Cat 1 Academy footballer. ​We spent the last year "in the lab" focusing on the margins that matter at the Cat 1 level:
​Precision: Refining his ball striking.
​Versatility: Developing his left foot into a weapon.
​IQ: Increasing the speed of his decision-making under pressure.
​Engine: Building the fitness levels required for the academy game.
