Dilan felt like she had to make herself smaller.

Not because that’s who she was, but because somewhere along the way she lost the confidence to fully be herself. 🥺
What stands out most about her story isn’t the physical transformation.

“I was sort of hesitant to walk into a room and be authentic or to be loud, which is what I really am.”
And then hearing how that changed.
Confidence isn’t about becoming someone new or existing in a “better” body.

Let’s get honest 👇
Did you move in a way that brought you joy this week?
Did you make time for people who lift you up?
Did you learn something new?
Did you spend time outdoors?
Did you drop the screen before bed?
Did you pause long enough to appreciate what you already have?
Our bodies don’t exist separately from our lives. They respond to our sleep, stress, relationships, purpose, movement, nutrition and the way we speak to ourselves.
Sometimes the quickest thing to blame is our body because it’s the most visible. But blaming it won’t help it feel safer, healthier or more energised.
Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with my body?”, try asking, “What have I done for my body & my mind this week?”

It’s easy to think about health and fitness in seasons.
