We’re so excited to be back with our DS / Unitas Dance Squad! 🩰🔥

📅 Starting Wednesday 23rd September�⏰ 5:30–7:00pm�📍 Every Wednesday during term time

Get ready for another year of dancing, creativity, confidence and FUN! 💫
Each week, the squad will explore 3–4 different dance styles, giving dancers the chance to develop their skills across a wide range of genres including:

🩰 Ballet�🔥 Street Dance�✨ Contemporary�💜 Lyrical�🎭 Musical Theatre�⚡ Jazz�…and more!

We’ll be mixing things up every week so there’s always something new to learn, create and perform. 🎶

And there’s plenty to look forward to… 👀✨

🎭 Performance opportunities throughout the year�❤️ A special performance at our Spirelight Studios DS home in Islington�🌟 And the exciting opportunity to perform at the Dance Stables Summer Show at Arts Depot on Sunday 6th June 2027!

A piece that explored distance, connection and everything in between — beautifully performed by our Junior Company and choreographed by Aaron

🌸 NEW: DS Little Steps – Parent & Toddler Dance 🌸

Are you looking for a fun, relaxed morning activity to enjoy with your little one? 💕

We’re exploring the idea of launching DS Little Steps at Dance Stables @ Spirelight Studios, Parkhurst Road, N7
— a playful 45-minute parent & toddler dance session for little movers aged 18 months–3½ years and their grown-ups.

Think less structured class and more joyful time together, with:

🎵 Playful dance & music�🌈 Creative movement & imaginative play�🤍 Movement and connection between grown-up and child�🌿 Gentle, mindful movement for adults and relaxation�☕️ A drink & relaxed chat at the end

Weekday mornings at 10:00am — but we’d love your help choosing the day!

Build strength, improve technique and develop your ballet foundations in a focused and supportive class.

Energetic classes, exciting choreography and plenty of jazz technique, musicality and performance.

🎭 MUSICAL THEATRE with SOPHIE �📅 FREE TASTER – Monday 28th September (new date) �⏰ 5.15–5.45pm

Dance, acting, character and performance! Our first taster will be Legally Blonde themed 💗

All classes are Open Level, welcoming dancers of all abilities.

We’re back — and this time, we’re taking the stage at Jacksons Lane Theatre for a special evening celebrating creativity, connection and the power of dance for self-expression.

DS: Side by Side brings together the Dance Stables team and our Youth Company dancers for an evening of original dance, collaboration and personal storytelling through movement.

Expect a mix of contemporary, ballet, group choreography, solos and duets, created and performed by our incredible dancers.

It’s a chance to connect, be moved, celebrate each other — and experience what happens when a community comes together through dance. 💛
