Big shoutout to Emma ❤️

6 months after having a baby, Emma decided she was ready to get back into running challenges again!

Trying to train through sleepless nights, long days, running a business, being a mum, and adjusting to how different your body feels after over a year away from proper training is no easy thing. But she kept showing up and stayed determined to get to that finish line.

Honestly, she’s an inspiration to all of us at the clinic and to everyone around her. A proper reminder that even when life feels chaotic, challenging yourself and giving your best is always worth it.

Emma is a little warrior.

So happy she got such a cracking day for it too because the atmosphere at Hackney Half is always unreal. Amazing support out there, loads of energy, and so much money raised for brilliant causes.

Being a new mum, business owner, partner, friend, and somehow keeping all the other plates spinning at the same time has to be one of the hardest jobs there is, but she does it all with a smile on her face and never complains haha.

Huge congrats to Emma on running her first race since having a baby 👏🏼🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

Emma took on the Hackney Half Marathon this year after overcoming endless hurdles just to make it to the start line since having a baby at the end of 2025 ❤️

She’s done us all proud and continues to lead from the front with her goals, ambition and determination 🙌🏼🔥

So now the marathon is complete, all the legs will be in recovery mode. We’re all so proud of everyone that ran. It really is the best day in London and means a lot to us as the course wraps around our clinic.

The energy is unreal, seeing all the fans come out to support, and all the runners doing it for the most meaningful causes. From the elite runners breaking world records to everyone in between who just enjoys running and wants a challenge. Fantastic job.

You have to be quick to catch Fergus haha. Fergus ticked off 2 of the Super Half series over the same weekend.

Ran the Prague Half Marathon on the Saturday, then jumped on a coach and got himself down to Berlin that night to run another half in the morning haha. What an adventure.

Congrats Fergus. You inspire us all in the clinic with your different challenges 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💚🙌🏼

Congrats to Katharina, who recently ran the Berlin Half Marathon, on her way enjoying the Super Series 1/2’s marathon circuit around Europe.

She works hard, and trains even harder, doesn’t miss a PT session, and even when a couple of minutes late, gets to enjoy 1 burpee per minute haha.

What a great vibe yesterday watching the down The Brunel Pub in Rotherhithe.

Marathon day = Fab day out, great weather, and always the best energy.
