🥋 How to Tie Your BJJ Belt - the easy way:

1️⃣ Find the center of the belt and place it on your waist
2️⃣ Wrap both ends evenly around your body
3️⃣ Cross the ends in front
4️⃣ Tuck one end underneath all layers
5️⃣ Tie a square knot
6️⃣ Tighten evenly so both ends match

Remember:

✅ Your belt should stay secure during rolls
✅ Have fun
