Yessss Wednesday Fit Swim sunshine 🌞

Monday and Tuesday Fit Swim sessions were cold out and in … so short drill session focusing on body alignment, balance and rotation followed by aerobic swim workout. Hoping tonight’s session will be a little warmer!! 🌤️🏊🏼🏊🏻‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Sooo good to be back . Great to see so many regulars and to welcome newbies. You all did brilliantly 🎉💪🎉in the colder 🥶than expected water. What a great start to our summer season. Looking forward to seeing you all again next week. 🏊🏼🏊🏻‍♀️🏊‍♂️
