Making Waves offers weekly and holiday swimming lessons to children from 3.5 years old. We also offer adult beginner, improver and advanced swimming sessions.
Rookie Lifeguard is also delivered on a Monday evening. Making Waves Swimming have been operating since 1991. It was set up and run by Lyn Dallimore who was passionate about everyone having the opportunity to learn to swim. Lyn Dallimore and Millie Herbert (Mother & Daughter) have been working side by side for the last 12 years and in July 2017 Millie took over following Lyns retirement. We offer

We've just had such a fantastic crash course! With the most amazing progress from all children at both Sandringham and Aldwickbury venues!
We've loved teaching all of you and getting friendly with some new faces.
Thank you all for coming along and we'll see you back at our weekly sessions!

We have just completed our 1st day of the February half-term crash course at Sandringham School, St Albans, and Aldwickbury School, Harpenden. What a great morning! Your children were amazing. So many new faces, laughing and enjoying the water.
We can't wait to see you again tomorrow!
