It’s been a wonderful few days in Perugia at the WKA world championships. The team representing Shuai Jiao London had experiences of all sorts and managed to come get 1 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medal.

Can’t wait for our Batizado/workshop this year. Training will be focused on this for a while yippee.
These days I have to take it easy and only do light sparring. But I can still practise the throws as well yippee.
