He did the original move first, but it felt a little too hard for Blue Tape… and we thought might complain about the one-handed catch on the crimp 😂

So he made it a little more accessible for everyone!

Naoki Shimatani and Shinichiro Nomura 野村真一郎 from Team Rokdo will be our next guest setters!

We’ll have two Team Rokdo members setting at Sen this autumn — in both October and November 👀

Naoki has sent The Finish Line 8C and made the FA of Fantasmagoria 8C. He’s also well known for his crazy grip strength and his funny character. We’re quite interested to see which side of him we’ll get to know first 😂

Shinichiro probably needs less introduction at Sen. He’s already set here three times, and his problems have been a big hit every time!

He’s also been building up his setting experience at official competitions across Japan, as well as the North Face Cup in China.

After their October set, they’ll head to Switzerland for some outdoor climbing before coming back to Sen for another set in November.

We’re very happy to have these two with us this autumn/winter. Looking forward to seeing what they bring to the walls 👀

We’ve made a few changes to keep the categories competitive and everyone trying hard!
