Nothing much to say other than I’m STILL HERE WORKING & next time you asked me “are you eating now ?”

Just know I’ve always been eating, I choose this path & I’m privileged to be able to do this cos it’s a choice

You have choice too and just Imagine those kids are people who have no choice and don’t know what their next meal is going to come from due to the vile actions of the greedy, power-hungry people

Few from today’s session

Same work rate, same mindset and same mentality - just like I never won anything

This is how try champions are made and this is why champions keep winning

FYI: Your recent WNBF Pro 💳 & Overall Classic Physique Champion 🗡️🏆

WNBF show day dump - Team photo before hitting the road

Signage (LUTON) and registration - victory number 1️⃣2️⃣4️⃣

Polygraph ✅

1 day out visual - The dangerous look (full, hard and grainy)

Few hours out check-in - then a new favourite classic pose was unlocked 🔓

Show day morning check-in @ few hours out

Precision in the highest order - 400g of water it is and 400g it will be 🙅🏾‍♂️

Top 2 Classic Physique Tall final call out comparison - Proper gentleman man and a great athlete in Tristan Duarte 🙌🏾🫂

Same top 2 - We both won our Pro Card 💳 and I took the sword 🗡️ (respect Tristan Duarte Tristan Duarte )

Team Okeowo - My 2 best people in the world 🌍

And your new WNBF UK NATURAL BODYBUILDING EVENTS pro 💳 and Overall Classic Physique Champion 🗡️

My joy - they both cheer so hard and loud for me that I can’t even notice the people who don’t 🤪 Caroline Okeowo

My wife had to coach me on the side for the day - she wrote out the things to shout on the sideline whilst I’m on stage (I’m so blessed 😇)

Someone’s enjoying the victory more than I do (the victory is for her and my wife anyways).

First training session as a Professional Bodybuilder UltraFlex Gym Derby yesterday

If you’re a bodybuilder who doesn’t train legs the next day after a show, are you even a bodybuilder?

Legs post show always hits different

Although nothing changes & regardless of the results - I’ll still train like a motherfvcker that I am

1-2 RIR considering I had no spotter but still managed to move some decent volumes
