Last Leg session before the next dance boxed off UltraFlex Gym Derby
Iβve been dreading this session since the last one I did on Saturday but Iβm glad itβs now done with plenty of time to shake off any lingering fatigue that could impact going into the PCA NT3
Excited to see what I can do against some experienced NATURAL BODYBUILDERS.

16days out from the 2nd dance & strength is now impacted as reps are now dropping at speed but if it moves above 2 reps, weight stays with an extra set at a slight reduced weight introduction
