Day 2 of our Personal Training Diploma πͺπ
Another great session with the group as we continued building both knowledge and confidence on the gym floor π
This week focused on exercise technique, coaching points and understanding how to structure effective training sessions for different goals π₯
Katie also took a session coaching the students through stretching, covering the different types and getting everyone practising on each other π
We discussed client case studies, how to approach different individuals and advised on the workbook tasks to complete at home π
The group spent plenty of time putting theory into practice, coaching each other through exercises and improving communication skills, one of the biggest parts of becoming a great PT π
Loads of energy again and great to see everyone already growing in confidence π
