Our Body Pump instructor Hayley and YMCA member Emma are running 50 miles in October to raise money for prostate cancer. If you can please help them reach their goal!

I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles Challenge this October for Prostate Cancer Research. Please support me by donating what you can. Every donation helps advance the mission to create a world free from the impact of prostate cancer. Thank you for your support.

🏋️‍♀️ ST ANNES GYM – THE MOVE IS REALLY COMING ALONG! 🏋️‍♂️

It’s all happening at St Annes Gym! Our temporary move into the Sports Hall is really coming along, with everyone working incredibly hard throughout the day to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible.

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes, and we’re so grateful to everyone putting in the hours to get everything ready.

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you all back into the temporary gym space very soon!

And then… the REALLY hard work begins!

We can’t wait to take you on this journey with us and show you what’s to come. Watch this space! 👀
