⚫️Meet Coach Rach⚫️

With over 10 years’ experience in health psychology, I combine academic knowledge
and professional training with real life understanding to help people to make lasting
changes.

My approach is grounded in science but shaped by empathy - I know first-hand how
negative thoughts and feelings can affect every choice you make.

I support people to build strong bodies, stronger minds and sustainable lifestyles
without restricting, punishing or obsessing over themselves.

As your coach, I’ll work with you to:
• Understand the why behind your habits and behaviours.
• Increase your motivation and confidence for change.
• Build a training plan you enjoy and fits with other aspects of your life.
• Develop the knowledge and skills you need to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

I’m proud to be part of the GENI team and can’t wait to support you in your mind and
body transformation.

For more information about how we can help you achieve your goals or to book your free consultation, complete the form (in bio) or DM us.

GENI Escape To The Mountains 🏔️

We’d love to invite you to our next Team GENI event on Sunday 13th April 2025.

We’ll be heading to Snowdonia to climb Glyder Fach, Glyder Fawr and the Devil’s Kitchen.

This is open to all GENI clients and class members and we’ll be heading up as a team.

Transport isn’t provided so we’ll create a group chat to discuss logistics once we have confirmation on numbers. We’ll be meeting at the GENI HQ at 6am before heading to Snowdonia.

Walking boots/shoes are essential and we’ll send out a recommended kit list in the group chat.

Hopefully you can join us for a fun and challenging day on the mountains 🏔️

Please let us know if you’d like to join us ASAP.

Thank you 🙂
