DIET MYTHS BUSTED WEEK STARTS TOMORROW 🤓🧡
The woman on the left genuinely believed bread was the problem.
I was scared of carbs.
Scared of eating too much.
Scared of getting it wrong.
Convinced there was some magic food I needed to avoid.
The irony?
Being scared of food kept me far away from looking and feeling the way I wanted to.
The woman on the right didn’t get there by avoiding bread.
She didn’t get there by cutting carbs.
She didn’t get there by never eating after 6pm.
She got there by understanding what actually matters.
So this week I’m tackling some of the biggest diet myths women still believe:
❌ Bread makes you fat
❌ Carbs make you fat
❌ Eating after 6pm makes you fat
❌ Sugar makes you fat
❌ One takeaway ruins your progress
❌ You have to be perfect
Every day I’ll bust one myth.
No food fear.
No fad diets.

Just real-world fat loss advice for real women.

Midlife women 🙋♀️
