Forehand loop mixed up with drive is one of those exercises I like to play as a player and a coach as it makes you think and control the timing of the stroke. Our over 50s Tuesday group is doing great job at it!
Reminder that Wednesday 29th of July is our Annual General Meeting. 6 pm but feel free to come down early and have a knock before we sit down to discuss future of our club! Doors open from 4 🏓 I hope to see plenty of you there - your voice is most important so don’t waist opportunity to use it!
