For many children with ADHD, finding a place where they feel understood, supported and able to be themselves can make all the difference.

Sometimes inclusion is simply about having a place where you belong. 💙

At LS Gymnastics, approximately 37% of children are disabled or neurodiverse, and through their integrated TeamGym group, children with different needs can train alongside peers who understand, support and adapt to them.

As Candy Lakin (Performance Manager) explains, the aim is simple: there should be a space for everybody to do gymnastics.

❤️🤸‍♀️ SO PROUD OF OUR PRE-GRADES TEAM 🤸‍♀️❤️

A huge well done to every single one of our gymnasts who competed at Pre-Grades!

There were SO many firsts this time around — lots of first-ever competitions, new partnerships competing together for the first time, and brand-new routines making their competition debut. 🥹❤️

Getting out onto that floor for the first time takes courage, and every one of you represented Tees Valley Gymnastics brilliantly.

Lots learnt, lots to take away and plenty to keep building on as we head into the season. 💪✨

A big thank you as always to our coaches, parents and everyone who came along to support our gymnasts.

❤️🖤🤍 Well done Team Tees Valley — we’re very proud of you all. ❤️🖤🤍
